AFTER-SCHOOL ENRICHMENT PROGRAM REGISTRATION PROCESS
Welcome St. Francis of Assisi
Parents to the easy 6 step process of Registering for Programs!
*If you are a RETURNING USER, please click on "Log In" to
sign into your account. You can either edit your account, add children (step 2
below) or sign up your child(ren)
for programs(Step 3 below).
*If you are a 1st TIME USER, please follow these 6
step by step instructions to register to avoid any problems registering your child(ren) for After-School
Enrichment.
*Step 1: Click on "Sign Up" in the top right portion of your screen. After you
completed “Sign Up”(STEP 1) you have only signed yourself up as a parent. You
MUST proceed to STEP 2 to sign up your child(ren) including name, grade, etc. before selecting programs!
*Step 2: Click on "My
Family" in the top right portion of your screen to register each
of your children one by one.-You register your children next by going to "My
Family". When registering each child, please choose your child's
grade in the "Category/Grade" drop down. Please fill in all the information
about your children. If you have more than one child then please repeat this
step until all children have been entered!
*Step 3: This
step allows you to select programs for each child.
*Step 3a) Click on “ACTIVE CLASSES” to see all the current classes available at the
time you are signing up. These classes will be either Early Bird, Regular , or Late registration.
*Step 3b) Click on the Children Symbol (
) that
appears below the Sign Up!.
*Step 3c) You must
select the SPECIFIC child you are registering. To the right of SELECT PARTICIPANT,
please use the drop down to select the child you are registering for the class.
DO NO NOT SELECT YOUR OWN NAME (PARENT) AS PARTICIPANT!.
* Step 3d). YOU MUST CLICK ON THE BOX IN RED THAT SAYS “register”
to select this class for your child.
*Step 3e) Continue to do this for all the
classes you want to register for your children
*Step 4: When
you are done registering for classes, please click “Check
Out” on the right hand side.
*Step 5: Check the
individual classes you want to pay for now or check or the box for “Click to
pay all items and apply all credits then click”
*Step 6: Follow
the instructions and enter your credit card information and wait for
confirmation. Congratulations you have completed the registration process
successfully!!
All class prices shown on the
website reflect a $5 discount from the prices stated on the paper registration form. You are paying $5 less per class by registering online AND paying via credit card/debit card.
You will also get a $5 discount per
class if you sign up during the Early Bird period and will be assessed a $10
late fee per class if you sign up late. All the dates that qualify for these
discounts/late fees are indicated.
